Lluvias y tormentas aisladas para el Miércoles y Jueves

Un frente frio entrara a la región el Miércoles por la noche y Jueves. Lluvias y tormentas aisladas se esperan al paso del frente y su interaccion con humedad del golfo. Humedad arrastrada por el sistema tropical Rick entrara a la región en los próximos dias aumentando el potencial de tormentas aisladas severas con precipitaciones de hasta 3 pulgadas.
Se
estara monitoreando el paso de estos sistemas por la región y se notificara de cualquier cambio
en el pronostico.

… Cold front expected Wednesday night into Thursday morning…
A cold front will be entering The Hill Country late Wednesday night
and will reach the Texas coast by Thursday afternoon. Scattered to
numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected across south central
Texas as the cold front interacts with Gulf moisture. Entrainment
of Pacific tropical moisture from Tropical Storm Rick will also
occur. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible along and east of
Highway 281. Rainfall totals of one to two inches are expected with
isolated three inch amounts possible. The showers and thunderstorms
will end from the northwest to southeast Thursday afternoon.
The core of Pacific tropical moisture associated with Rick will move
across deep south Texas on Thursday.
Runoff from locally heavy rainfall will have the potential to
briefly flood creeks… streams… street intersections… culverts and
Highway underpasses.
